WalleTrader ("the Company", "Platform", "We") operates as a decentralized-first SaaS solution for institutional-grade algorithmic execution. This Privacy Policy outlines our uncompromising commitment to data sovereignty and transparency. By utilizing our infrastructure, you acknowledge and accept the data processing protocols defined herein.

2. Zero-Knowledge Intent & Data Collection

Our architecture is guided by the principle of data minimization. We collect only the telemetry essential for secure execution:

Identity & Auth

Managed via enterprise-grade identity providers. We store obfuscated metadata to validate session integrity and prevent unauthorized intrusion.

Cryptographic Credentials

API keys are subjected to envelope encryption (AES-256-GCM) with hardware-backed master keys. Our engineers have zero visibility into your raw exchange secrets.

3. Algorithmic Processing & Third Parties

Data transmitted to third-party exchanges (Binance, Coinbase, etc.) is strictly limited to execution orders. We leverage LLM processing (Google Gemini 2.0) for market regime detection; this data is processed in isolated, stateless environments where individual user identities are never exposed to the model's training set.

4. Multi-Tenant Isolation

To prevent cross-tenant data leakage, our platform enforces Row-Level Security (RLS) and logical database partitioning. Your trading history, bot configurations, and performance metrics are cryptographically isolated and never pooled for aggregate analysis without explicit opt-in.

5. Compliance & Regulatory Disclosure

While we operate as a non-custodial software provider, we comply with relevant AML/KYC requests from statutory authorities where legally mandated. We do not provide data to private third parties or marketing entities under any circumstances.
