The utilization of WalleTrader involves significant financial risk. Digital assets are subject to extreme volatility. By using this Service, you acknowledge that you are operating in a highly speculative environment where the loss of 100% of your capital is a distinct possibility. WalleTrader is not a financial institution, fiduciary, or advisor.
1. Nature of Service
WalleTrader provides technical infrastructure for the automation of trading strategies. The Service acts as a bridge between the user's instructions and third-party cryptocurrency exchanges. We do not execute trades on our own behalf, nor do we provide custodial services for your assets.
2. Algorithmic Risk & System Integrity
You acknowledge that automated trading strategies (bots) operate based on pre-defined parameters and AI-driven analysis. WalleTrader does not guarantee the profitability of any algorithm. The User assumes all responsibility for:
- Parameter configuration and strategy selection.
- Monitoring bot performance in real-time.
- API key permission management (strictly disabling withdrawal access).
3. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WalleTrader shall not be liable for losses resulting from:
- Exchange-side technical failures, downtime, or insolvency.
- Internet connectivity issues or latency in signal transmission.
- Errors in third-party price feeds or AI-generated market regimes.
- Unauthorized access to user accounts resulting from poor credential hygiene.
4. Intellectual Property
The WalleTrader architecture, proprietary indicators, and AI integration logic are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the Service for private or institutional trading purposes, subject to the active subscription tier.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for users engaged in market manipulation, reverse-engineering of proprietary code, or any activity that compromises the technical stability of our multi-tenant infrastructure.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated. Any disputes shall be settled via binding arbitration.
