Terms of Service

Master Service Agreement | Last Revised: May 03, 2026

High-Risk Asset Disclaimer

The utilization of WalleTrader involves significant financial risk. Digital assets are subject to extreme volatility. By using this Service, you acknowledge that you are operating in a highly speculative environment where the loss of 100% of your capital is a distinct possibility. WalleTrader is not a financial institution, fiduciary, or advisor.

1. Nature of Service

WalleTrader provides technical infrastructure for the automation of trading strategies. The Service acts as a bridge between the user's instructions and third-party cryptocurrency exchanges. We offer two primary connection models:

  • Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): Users connect their own third-party exchange accounts via API.
  • Managed Accounts: Users authorize WalleTrader to create and manage institutional sub-accounts (via Broker Programs like Binance Link) on their behalf.

2. Managed Services & No-Custody Policy

For Managed Accounts, WalleTrader technical architecture is designed to prevent the withdrawal of user funds by the Platform. API keys generated for managed sub-accounts are strictly configured with Withdrawal Permissions Disabled. The User retains exclusive control over deposits and withdrawals to their assigned deposit addresses.

3. AI-Managed Intelligence Quotas

WalleTrader provides managed access to Large Language Models (LLMs) for market analysis. This access is subject to daily usage quotas defined by the user's subscription tier. Abuse of the AI Proxy or attempts to circumvent these limits may result in temporary suspension of AI services.

4. Algorithmic Risk & System Integrity

You acknowledge that automated trading strategies (bots) operate based on pre-defined parameters and AI-driven analysis. WalleTrader does not guarantee the profitability of any algorithm. The User assumes all responsibility for:

  • Parameter configuration and strategy selection.
  • Monitoring bot performance in real-time.
  • API key permission management (strictly disabling withdrawal access).

3. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WalleTrader shall not be liable for losses resulting from:

  • Exchange-side technical failures, downtime, or insolvency.
  • Internet connectivity issues or latency in signal transmission.
  • Errors in third-party price feeds or AI-generated market regimes.
  • Unauthorized access to user accounts resulting from poor credential hygiene.

4. Intellectual Property

The WalleTrader architecture, proprietary indicators, and AI integration logic are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the Service for private or institutional trading purposes, subject to the active subscription tier.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for users engaged in market manipulation, reverse-engineering of proprietary code, or any activity that compromises the technical stability of our multi-tenant infrastructure.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated. Any disputes shall be settled via binding arbitration.
