1. Commitment to Quality

WalleTrader is committed to providing institutional-grade software solutions for algorithmic trading. We recognize that the volatile nature of the digital asset markets requires a reliable infrastructure. To ensure complete alignment with our users' expectations, we maintain a transparent refund protocol.

2. The 14-Day Performance Guarantee

New subscribers are entitled to a "No-Questions-Asked" refund within the first 14 calendar days of their initial billing cycle. This period allows users to verify exchange connectivity, backtesting accuracy, and AI regime detection without long-term financial commitment.

3. Eligibility Protocols

Refunds are processed subject to the following institutional conditions:

  • First-Time User Status: Eligibility is restricted to the user's primary initial subscription. Subsequent renewals or tier upgrades are not eligible for standard refunds.
  • Processing Window: Requests must be timestamped within 336 hours (14 days) of the initial transaction.
  • Technical Audit: While not a requirement for approval, we may request brief telemetry logs to identify if a technical error on our side motivated the refund, assisting in our continuous improvement.

4. Exclusions

The following categories are explicitly excluded from this Refund Policy:

  • Fees paid for Enterprise/Custom strategy development where work has already commenced.
  • Trading losses or exchange-side fees (maker/taker) incurred during the utilization of the platform.
  • Subscriptions paid via irreversible cryptocurrency assets where network fees exceed 50% of the transaction value.

5. Claim Submission

To initiate a formal refund claim, please contact the Billing Department at billing@walletrader.com. Provide your account UUID and transaction receipt from PayPal. Approved claims are settled within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
